This year’s MAMA Awards, one of South Korea’s major music awards ceremonies, will be giving away 20,000 free tickets via a lucky draw. The ceremony is scheduled to take place at Hong Kong’s Kai Tak Stadium from 28 to 29 November.
Those interested have to register via the official Mnet Plus app and answer three questions to enter the free draw. The winners, who will also gain rare access to soundcheck sessions, will be notified via the app on 19 September.
Categories include Best Male and Female Artist, Best Male and Female Group, Best New Artist, and more, with the top prizes being Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and Fans’ Choice of the Year.

This year, nominees may include Got7, Zerobaseone, Ive, Onew, Jisoo, Jennie, and Lisa, all of whom have released new music, according to Time Out. BTS will also return following their military service, with Suga recently discharged.
The annual awards were held in Hong Kong from 2012 to 2017, then partially in 2018.
Last year’s MAMA awards took place in Los Angeles and Osaka. The winners included Seventeen (Artist of the Year) and Aespa (Song of the Year).
