1. Countdown at The St. Regis Bar

Designed by late fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld, this eponymous hotel tower at the Grand Lisboa Palace Macau is known for its decadent, bold interiors that reflect its namesake’s signature style. Contemporary Portuguese restaurant Mesa, located on the tower’s third floor, is offering a selection of New Year’s gastronomic experiences in its exquisitely designed dining room, from set menus earlier in the evening (perfect for those with plans or who prefer to skip midnight entirely) to a full countdown soiree. 3. China Rouge – 2022 Countdown Night Fever
