The spring Tap Siac Craft Market will be held from 18 to 21 and from 25 to 28 April at Tap Siac Square, according to an announcement from the Cultural Affairs Bureau (also known by its Portuguese initials IC).
Some 200 handicraft and food stalls will be set up, with vendors from as far afield as Malaysia and South Korea. Clothing, accessories, handicrafts, as well as natural and handmade products will be on offer.
More than 60 handicraft workshops will also be held over the course of the market, the bureau says, with places available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Several music performances will take place during the market. Making a special appearance will be the award-winning Malaysian singer-songwriter Joyce Chu, nicknamed Four-Leaf Clover by her fans.
Best known for her viral 2014 hit “Malaysia Chabor,” Chu will be performing at the market’s opening ceremony at 5:30 pm on Thursday.
The Tap Siac Craft Market will be open from 5 pm to 10 pm on Thursdays and Fridays, and from 3 pm to 10 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Visit its website for more information.
