Michelin Guide 2026: These are the Hong Kong and Macao restaurants awarded Michelin Stars

The Michelin Guide has handed down its 2026 verdict on Hong Kong and Macao, confirming which heavyweight dining rooms have held on to their stars and which newcomers have broken into the rankings. 

Announced at a ceremony at Grand Lisboa Palace Resort in Macao, the 18th edition of the guide reshapes the culinary pecking order across the two SARs, from rarefied tasting counters to neighbourhood stalwarts offering “good quality, good value” cooking.
