Macau, China, 14 Apr -Chief Executive Fernando Chui Sai On will attend this week’s annual conference of the Bo’ao Forum for Asia (BFA), the local government has announced
According to the announcement, Chui will leave for Bo’ao in Hainan on Thursday and attend the opening ceremony of the annual Forum on Friday.
Secretary for Administration and Justice Florinda Chan Lai Man will be acting chief executive during Chui’s trip.
The three-day Forum’s opening ceremony will be chaired by President Hu Jintao who will deliver a keynote address. The meeting ends on Saturday.
The annual Forum, which marks its 10th anniversary this year, brings together government, business and academic leaders from across Asia and elsewhere. It aims to promote regional economic integration.
