More than 3,000 athletes will battle it out in dozens of events, the Macau Post Daily reports, including skating, skiing, ice hockey, curling and bobsleighing.
The current games will run until 27 February and are organised by the General Administration of Sport of China. They were originally due to take place in 2020 but were postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
