The Palazzo Versace is soft opening soon, Daisy Ho says.
Speaking at the sidelines of a press conference to announce the return of international dragon boat racing, the SJM director said she expected the luxury hotel to quietly open its doors in April, according to the Macau Daily Times.
The 20-storey, 270-room hotel will become the third property at a resort already featuring the Grand Lisboa Palace and the Karl Lagerfeld. Like the latter, it is designed by a renowned fashion house.

The fact that the Grand Lisboa and the Karl Lagerfeld helped propel Macao to the top of the global rankings in the Forbes Travel Guide 2023 has created high expectations for Palazzo Versace.
The expected soft opening comes just ahead of the scheduled opening of phase three of the Galaxy resort, which is set to include a convention centre, the Raffles and Andaz hotels, and a multipurpose arena that will host K-pop megastars Blackpink in May.
Macao’s hotels posted a 74 percent hotel occupancy rate across all categories in January – a more than 25 percent gain year on year from 2022.
