No trip to Macao would be complete without an egg tart. Or two. Or how about three? Because that’s how many types of egg tarts are commonly available around town. In fact, they are so much a part of Macao’s story, the making of egg tarts has been added to the city’s inventory list of protected Intangible Cultural Heritage elements.
