Macau and Cambodia Monday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation for the promotion of friendship.
The deal was inked in Phnom Penh between Cambodian Foreign Minister Prak Sokhonn and Macau Chief Executive Fernando Chui Sai On.
“This MoU aims at promoting exchanges and cooperation in tourism, culture, study and training, trade, and youth and business exchanges,” Cambodian Foreign Ministry Undersecretary of State Eat Sophea told reporters.
Before signing the MoU, Sokhonn held a meeting with Chui, who started his official visit to Cambodia Monay.
Chui is slated to meet Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen today and visit Thailand later this week.
