BNU donates 1.2 million patacas to Tung Sin Tong

Banco Nacional Ultramarino (BNU) has donated 1.2 million patacas to local charitable organisation Tung Sin Tong, the Portuguese bank that co-issues Macau’s legal tender said in a statement.
Last week’s donation ceremony was attended by Tung Sin Tong President Chui Sai Cheong and BNU Chief Executive Officer Pedro Cardoso.

Established in 1892, Tung Sin Tong provides free medical services and education for citizens in need.

BNU and Tung Sin Tong launched in 1999 the Tung Sin Tong Credit Card, whereby BNU donates one percent of the retail sales volume of the affinity card to the charitably organisation.
No annual fee is charged to Tung Sin Tong Visa Card holders.

Last year, BNU launched the Tung Sin Tong Platinum Affinity Card.

Since the inception of the arrangement, BNU has transferred more than 5.9 million patacas to Tung Sin Tong.(macaunews).
