88 new cases bring Macao’s Covid-19 tally to total 572 cases

Covid-19 cases in Macao have come to a total of 572 as of midnight last night, with 88 additional positive cases, the Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre has announced.

Among the new cases, 49 were detected in the community and 39 were found in individuals under management and control. 

As of 8 am today, a total of 10,108 people are under follow up, including 1,614 close contacts, 6,436 people with overlapping itineraries, 489 secondary contacts, 334 general contacts and 663 accompanying persons. 

Authorities will upload the positive cases’ travel itineraries to the Special Webpage Against Epidemics (only available in Chinese) for public reference.
