The 24-hour negative nucleic acid test (NAT) result measure for all travellers crossing Macao-Zhuhai border checkpoints has been extended for another week, through 21 December, the fourth time since it was put in place on 16 November, the Zhuhai-Macao Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism announced today.

The measure has been extended for one week each time. The last extension was valid until today. Other Covid-19 prevention and control measures at all Macao-Zhuhai border checkpoints remain unchanged.

The Zhuhai-Macao Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism said follow-up on the 24-hour negative NAT result measure will be adjusted according to the current pandemic situations in the two cities.
