The latest wave of Covid-19 to hit Macao has forced the cancellation of the10th Macao International Travel (Industry) Expo, which was originally slated to take place from 8-10 July.
The Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) said that it is working with the event’s coordinator to inform units, exhibitors and participants through various channels about the postponement.
The MGTO said that it is paying close attention to the pandemic’s development and will act in line with the Health Bureau’s prevention measures, The Macau Post Daily reported. No future date has been suggested for the expo so far.
