A second Macao branch of Japanese discount retailer Don Don Donki is to open on 2 February at Studio City, the resort has announced.
Located on Studio City’s first floor, the store will span about 2,800 square meters, making it significantly larger than the first Don Don Donki, located in the northern part of the peninsula.
The very popular chain sells made-in-Japan products, novelties, groceries and cooked food.

The Cotai iteration will also bring two firsts to Macao: an 82-seat Sen Sen Sushi restaurant and a Yasuda Seimai outlet, offering made-to-order bento boxes.
The outlet will be open between 10:00 am and 11:00 pm, Sunday to Thursday, and an hour later on Friday and Saturday.
Macao’s first Don Don Donki opened in September 2021. It has an open kitchen preparing the likes of wagyu beef, rice bowls, yakitori, teppanyaki, and assorted Japanese street foods for customers.
