Macau, China, 21 Nov – Stuart Easton, the 26-year old British rider,  Saturday won the 43rd Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix on a Honda 1000 on the 6.2-kilometre Guia Racing Circuit, considered one of the most difficult in the world.

Easton also won the 2008 Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix followed by two other British riders Michael Rutter and John McGuinness.

Easton, also known as Rat Boy, won the 15-lap race after a tight fight in the last laps of the race with Conor Cummings (23) from the Isle of Man in a Kawasaki 1000.

Easton set a new lap record for the 6.2km Guia Circuit at two minutes 25.17 seconds – 151.76kph on the fifth lap of the event.

Third place also went to a British rider, 30-year old Ian Hutchinson, in a Kawasaki, that took seven place in the 2009 edition of Macau Grand Prix.

British Gary Johnson was forth followed by German Rico Penzkofer and veteran Michael Rutter also from Great-Britain.

A total of 32 riders took part in the 43nd Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix.
