Swede Felix Rosenqvist, in Dallara Mercedes, won today the Intercontinental Cup in the FIA Macau Grand Prix Formula 3.
Rosenqvist benefited from an accident on the first lap at the San Francisco bend just after the hotel Lisboa.
Due to the accident, which threw out the race several drivers, including Tom Blomqvist and Esteban Ocon, the race restarted with the safety car and Rosenqvist took again the lead until the end of the race.
Lucas Auer, in a Dallara Mercedes, was second and Nick Cassidy in a Dallara NBE third.
Max Verstappen, in a Dallara Volkswagen, that started the race on 24th place on the grid finished seven.
In 2015 Max Verstappen will drive one of the cars of Toro Rosso Formula One team.
The FIA Intercontinental Cup is the main race of the Grand Prix that ended Sunday.(macaunews)
