The Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) has renewed a scheme to offer free bus transfers to Macao from Hong Kong airport for foreign visitors.
Starting from today, the special offer – in collaboration with the Hong Kong-Macao bus service operator – aims to expand international visitor markets and promote multi-destination tourism in the region. The promotion will run until 31 December.
Upon arrival at Hong Kong International Airport, eligible international visitors must complete formalities at a designated airside counter to obtain free one-way coach tickets for direct transfer from the SkyPier Terminal to Macao via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge.

MGTO and the service operator will roll out a series of online and offline promotions about the special offer via social media and in collaboration with airlines and travel agencies in different destinations.
Officials hope that the free transfers will work in tandem with Macao’s year-round calendar of local events to extend international visitors’ length of stay and spending in the city.
Visitors can make advance bookings on the service operator’s website. A quota, and other terms and conditions, will apply.
