Air Macau has announced that bookings made before 11 am on 4 August for departures between 31 July and 31 August this year can be rescheduled once free of charge to a date before 30 June 2022.

The offer does not cover four key holiday periods:

28 September 2021 and 8 October 2021 (Golden Week)

27 January 2022 and 13 February 2022 (Chinese New Year)

1 April 2022 and 5 April 2022 (Easter)

29 April 2022 and 6 May 2022 (Labour Day).

Air Macau said that those who want a refund are exempt from transaction fees.

The airline urged residents not to rush into rescheduling their flights as they have the right to change their dates before the end of June next year. Air Macau also warned that the waiting time for phone enquiries may be longer than usual, appealing to customers to be patient.
