The passenger ferry between Macao’s Inner Harbour Ferry Terminal and Wanzai in Zhuhai will start service again today.

The ferry will depart every 30 minutes to start with; more sailings will be added later according to demand. Passengers should contact the ferry company for specific ticketing information and ferry schedules can be found on the Marine and Water Bureau’s website.

The bureau urged passengers to take notice of the latest Covid-19 border control measures between Macao and Guangdong before boarding the vessel, adding that residents should reduce unnecessary cross-border activities as the novel coronavirus situation in neighbouring areas is still unstable.

The bureau said that it requested the ferry operator, cleaning company and an outsourced security company to clean and disinfect the public facilities at the terminal and on the ferry.
