Wan Kuok-koi, also know as “Broken Tooth”,  walked free from jail Saturday after being locked up for nearly 14 years for a string of crimes in Macau  during the 1990s.

At 6.50am Wan, 57, emerged from the Coloane jail and headed quickly in a car.
According to the South China Morning Post he appeared briefly that morning only to say he was mentally well.
“I’ve no special feeling about being free,” but  “I’m glad to be finally out of there.” he said
Wan, seeking to dispel any fears in Macau that he might return to his old ways, said he was no longer young.
“I don’t want to affect the stability of Macau. There’s absolutely no way I want to do that. I want to be left alone” he said according to the Hong Kong paper.
The Macau government would not comment on Wan’s release.(macaunews)
