Local technology company SABA Hospitality has bagged a top spot in Hotel Tech Report’s Best Hotel Tech Apps of 2024.

Software app made by the firm, to “manage room service and self-service ordering, tracking, upselling and fulfilment,” was named best in the category of Mobile Ordering and Room Service.

He highlighted the importance of making use of the “seamless convenience” of technology in the hospitality industry to alleviate labour shortages, noting that “many guests are already familiar” with digital platforms when it comes to ordering food and other essentials.

According to Hotel Tech Report, the annual awards are determined by data from more than 16,000 authenticated customer reviews during the awards period, which runs from 1 September to 15 December 2023.

CEO Jordan Hollander said that “Hotel Tech Report analyses more than 100,000 data points to determine the best products in the market.”

The platform said that “94 percent of 68 hoteliers from 4 countries highly recommend SABA to their peers.” Reviews from customers have also praised the Macao company for its service and communication.
