Macau’s financial reserves rose to 571.7 billion patacas – 0.571.7 trillion patacas – at the end of June, a year-on-year increase of 2.4 billon patacas, the Macau Monetary Authority (AMCM) announced on Wednesday.
According to the Macau Post Daily, Macau’s quasi-central bank announced the figure in the Official Gazette (BO).
According to the announcement, the financial reserves included 338.9 billion patacas in deposits and current accounts, as well as 152.2 billion patacas in negotiable instruments and 103.3 billion patacas in outsourced investments.
