This summer, The Macallan collaborates with Twelve25 to create limited-time dishes and cocktails infused with single malt Scotch whisky. Highlights include a Boulevardier cocktail with The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old and a chocolate brownie dessert with The Macallan Double Cask 15 Years Old, topped with pecan nuts, peanut butter and salted caramel. Available throughout September only at this Fai Chi Kei French restaurant and whisky bar.
