You will be guided through a series of postures while maintaining a steady flow of breath. Pranayama, or breath control, is a fundamental component of yoga that helps to calm the mind, reduce stress and improve mental focus.

Room Only (Workshop not included): Exclusively for participants, starting from MOP 2,000++ per room per night.
Deluxe Room Package: Two nights in a deluxe room, including the workshop for one person, and MOP 500 credit for spa or dining. Prices start from MOP 6,288++.

Your teachers
Collectively, Michel and Roslyn bring over 50 years of experience and knowledge in yoga.
Michel has an extensive background in bodywork and postural alignment. Being an advanced Reiki practitioner and a certified Advanced Postural Integrator, Michel has immersed himself in the tradition of yoga with world-renowned teachers. He was a student of BKS Iyengar himself and later went on to study directly under Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. After 1993, Asthanga Vinyasa became his primary focus and today, he teaches and practices around the world.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Roslyn has been practicing yoga since 2000. With a deep interest in yoga philosophy, she has studied with Carlos Pomeda and Michel himself. Roslyn has been teaching yoga since 2006 and two years later she became Michel’s personal assistant in all his workshops and Yoga Teacher Trainings around the world.
