As of 3 pm today, 567,642 samples had been collected, with 353,945 people testing negative so far and 29 batches of 10-in-1 pooled samples found preliminary positive in the ongoing second round of mass nucleic acid testing (NAT) that began at 9 am yesterday and will continue until later at midnight.
Those failing to take the NAT by midnight will be assigned with a yellow health code and taken by the police to a designated venue to undergo the test, and will then have to wait until the test result comes out negative.
The Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre has announced the details of 20 from the 29 batches.
Below is the rundown of 20 testing stations where positive Covid-19 samplings were registered since the second citywide mass testing began (all on 23 June):
– Indoor Sports Facilities at the Luso-Chinese Technical and Vocational Middle School at 9:23 am, 9:25 am, 9:43 am and 10:37 am;
– Colégio Mateus Ricci (originally assigned at Kiang Wu Hospital Auditorium) at 9:30 am;
– Macao Federation of Trade Unions Workers Stadium at 10:21 am and 12:23 pm;
– Kwong Tai Middle School at 10:43 am;
– Macao Forum at 11:31 am and 12:44 pm;
– Seac Pai Van Family Support and Community Service Complex of the General Union of Macao Residents’ Associations at 12:40 pm;
– The Venetian Macao Cotai Expo Hall A, B and C at 1:22 pm;
– Community Services Building of the General Union of Neighbourhood Associations of Macao (Special care sampling stations) at 1:26 pm and 1:30 pm;
– Kiang Wu Hospital (Special care sampling stations) at 2:36 pm;
