ITTF World Cup ticket sales start tomorrow

The table tennis tournament sees scores of the world’s top players vie for women’s and men’s titles at the Galaxy Arena in April.

Tickets for the ITTF Men’s and Women’s World Cup Macao 2024 will go on sale from tomorrow, according to an official announcement.

The table tennis tournament will be held at the Galaxy Arena from 15 to 21 April, featuring 48 competitors in each of the women’s and men’s divisions.  

The world-class lineup includes Fan Zhendong, the men’s singles champion of the 2023 Table Tennis World Championships. Fan is defending his crown in the ITTF Men’s World Cup this year. Also appearing is Chen Meng, defending her ITTF Women’s World Cup title against the likes of Sun Yingsha, the women’s singles winner of the 2023 Table Tennis World Championships.

Qualifying matches take place from 15 to 17 April. Knockout matches are scheduled on 18 and 19 April, while the semi-finals will be held on 20 April and the final on 21 April. 

Tickets can be purchased via Damai, the mCoin platform of Mpay, Cityline, macauticket.com, by telephone, at Kong Seng outlets in Macao, or directly at the venue Galaxy Arena during the event period, with prices ranging from 100 to 1,200 patacas depending on seating and session. 

The tournament is co-organized by the Sports Bureau, Galaxy Entertainment Group, World Table Tennis Management Group and the Macau Table Tennis General Association.
