This summer, The Macallan is collaborating with five independent Macao restaurants to create exclusive dishes and drinks featuring the single malt. We explore the pairings at Antica Trattoria, starting with the Highball Roselle Soda – The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old with hibiscus, ginger, cardamom and lemon soda that’s bright and floral – before finishing with a chocolate tart infused with The Macallan Double Cask 15 Years Old, served with vanilla ice cream for rich, smoky warmth. Available only in August 2025 at Antica Trattoria.
