Macau’s bus link with Hong Kong via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge (HZMB) has been suspended from today.

Macau’s 3-star Metropole Hotel in the city centre – designated as Macau’s 5th hotel for quarantine and medical observation on March 21 – became the first of 12 “quarantine hotels” to return to its normal hospitality role today.
The government insisted today that the city’s stock of rice is sufficient.
The Metropole Hotel, which had been used for medical observation since 21 March, has been emptied today.
The “Golden Bus” shuttle service, that link Hong Kong to Macau through the bridge will be suspended from 6 a.m. Sunday, the bus operator announced Saturday.
Macau confirmed its 44th COVID-19 case, classified as imported, the husband of the 40th case and father of the 41st case.
