Gaming operator Sands China donated 500,000 facemasks to the government to support its battle against the novel coronavirus pneumonia (NCP) epidemic.

Sands China said today net income in the fourth quarter of 2017 rose 49.1% year-on-year to US$519 million as the recovery in the Macau market accelerated.
Sands China will spend US$1.1 billion renovating its properties including turning the Sands Cotai Central into a London-themed resort over the next three years. Renovation works will begin in the second quarter of 2018.
