Fresh off a grand celebration to mark the official opening on 8 June, this showstopping hotel within The Londoner Macao brings the elegance of the British capital’s affluent Mayfair district to the heart of Cotai. Inspired by Britain’s most refined traditions – where pampering is expected and afternoon tea is an art form – Londoner Grand blends grandeur with a dash of whimsy.

Step inside and prepare to be amazed: with an extraordinary 2,405 rooms and suites, Londoner Grand is one of the world’s largest luxury resorts. That scale means more room to impress – from spacious pool suites and curated pop art to custom tartans and playful British design touches throughout.

And behind it all is the “A-Team” – the resort’s elite staff who are ready to anticipate your every need and turn even the smallest moments into memorable encounters. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, in search of couture, comfort food or complete relaxation, Londoner Grand offers something for everyone – all under one very elegant roof.

Here’s our guide to experiencing it all, from photo ops with a royal carriage to do-it-all butlers, decadent feasts, quirky new cafes, and some of the largest pool suites in Macao.

You’re on the A-List

Welcome to Cotai’s playground for the “A-List” – the resort’s cheeky nickname for all of its guests. The red-carpet treatment begins the moment you pull up to Londoner Grand’s stately entrance, where sharply dressed Grand Doormen – part of the resort’s all-star A-Team – usher you through a dedicated entryway, complete with a full-scale royal carriage replica that sets the stage for the indulgences to come.

Mayfair meets Macao

Inside, a sense of quiet extravagance spills into Londoner Grand’s rooms and suites. With interiors by award-winning design firm Peter Silling & Associates, each space feels more like a private Mayfair townhouse than a hotel room. Picture gleaming Calacatta Borghini marble floors, chandeliers and a mix of classic British textiles, such as tartan and tweed, all accented with bold flashes of royal blue and red – a tasteful nod to the Union Jack.

A clubhouse just for guests

Londoner Grand’s dining choices are as vibrant and varied as London itself. At three-storey Hampton Court – an exclusive residence club for guests – you’ll find an elaborate breakfast buffet and afternoon tea, as well as a refined evening cocktail experience at Bard’s Bar and a talk-of-the-town dinner at Henry’s Kitchen. This nightly buffet has quickly become one of the hottest tables in Macao, featuring over 110 gourmet selections, from made-to-order jet-fresh seafood to truffle-seared foie gras.

For round-the-clock cravings, Chelsea Garden offers a 24/7 menu of regional Chinese dishes, as well as nostalgic Hong Kong café classics and Macanese delicacies. On the more playful end, the just-launched G Bear Cafe, a pop-up concept, will unveil sweet treats and a trio of limited-time dishes by Korean American celebrity chef Edward Lee – all served in a glamorous space inspired by G Bear, Londoner Grand’s No. 1 Ambassador (and Paddington’s stylish cousin).

Where the inner circle checks in

Tucked inside Londoner Grand, Paiza Grand is an ultra-exclusive enclave reserved for top-tier VVIPs. Depending on your preferences, you might find a private gym, media or family room for personalised downtime. As a finishing touch, all suites feature beautifully scented Jo Loves amenities, a luxury fragrance brand founded by British entrepreneur and fragrance visionary Jo Malone.

Splashy new pool suites

Among Paiza Grand’s crown jewels are the six new Hanover Suites – aka the Pool Suites – each boasting a large private pool, a shady terrace with a barbecue, spa-inspired marble bathroom and spacious open-plan living and dining areas.

Another option is the Grand Jacuzzi Suite, a one-of-a-kind sky-high sanctuary featuring an alfresco hot tub, balcony and a living space surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows. Only one exists, so exclusivity is guaranteed.

Butler service on overdrive

Every one of the 313 suites comes with a Grand Butler team that’s ready to deliver exactly what you need – sometimes even before you realise you need it. Think barista-grade coffee, private gym setups, or the playful “Chopstick Concierge,” where your choice of chopsticks determines your amuse-bouche for the evening.

Speaking of evening perks, you can also look forward to a custom G&T from a certified Gin Ambassador and a bedtime ritual from the “Sleep Sommelier”, complete with luxe bath products, high-tech devices and pillow advice.
