A new road running alongside the Seac Pai Van reservoir is due to open shortly, together with a recreational area.
The 430-metre road, consisting of two lanes in each direction, runs from Estrada do Altinho de Ká Hó in Coloane along the east of the reservoir.
A spokesman for the Lands, Public Works and Transport Bureau said the road and recreation area will be open for use after minor improvements are completed, The Macau Post Daily reported.
The recreation area includes facilities such as cycling, running and walking tracks, as well as children’s playgrounds.
