Macau casino gaming revenue grew for the second straight month in September according to statistics released on Saturday from Macau’s Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau (DICJ).
The figures released by the DICJ showed gross gaming revenue hitting MOP 18.4 billion (US $2.3 billion) in September, up 7.4 per cent from the same month last year.
That followed a 1.1 per cent increase in August after a 26-month slump.
Total gaming revenue for the nine months through September was MOP 162.8 billion (US $20.4 billion).
