Two more double-jabbed arrivals from Hong Kong, a 46-year-old Hong Kong man and a 41-year-old Hong Kong woman, have tested positive for Covid-19.

The man, a non-resident worker employed in Macao, arrived in the city aboard a bus on Tuesday and tested positive yesterday, the Novel Coronavirus and Coordination Centre said.

The woman also travelled by bus, arriving on Sunday, and weakly tested positive yesterday.

Both have been transferred to the Health Bureau’s Public Health Clinical Centre in Coloane for isolation treatment. As their cases have been classed as imported and asymptomatic, Macao’s novel coronavirus tally remains at 79, The Macau Post Daily reported.

Earlier this week a 51-year-old Hong Kong man who entered Macao last Friday tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
