21 Nov 2018 Crime drops 1.8 pct in Jan-Sept: Wong In the first nine months of the year the police recorded 10,559 suspected crimes, a year-on-year decline of 1.8 percent, Secretary for Security Wong Sio Chak announced Tuesday.
