Malaysian police have asked Interpol to issue a Red Notice for renowned former Macao triad leader Wan Kuok-Koi, also known as Broken Tooth.

In a statement, the US Treasury described Wan as “a leader of the 14K Triad, one of the largest Chinese organised criminal organisations in the world”.
Wan Kuok-koi plans to issue one billion tokens of HB cryptocurrency, some of which will be used as prize fund in chess and poker tournament in Hainan according to the Sunday issue of the Hong Kong newspaper South China Morning Post (SCMP).
