The Court of First Instance said that it has decided to reschedule the proposed November 28 trial of directly-elected lawmaker Sulu Sou Ka Hou for alleged aggravated disobedience.

Legislative Assembly President Ho Iat Seng said that the House Rules Committee will study and announce its decision by next Monday on a request to suspend directly-elected lawmaker Sulu Sou Ka Hou from the legislature so that he can be tried by the court for alleged aggravated disobedience.
Sulu Sou Ka Hou, a newcomer to the incoming legislature, said Monday he hoped residents would continue to “monitor” him and the government.
