Sands China’s latest project, where the Sands Cotai Central integrated resort is being rebranded as The Londoner Macao, will open on 8 February.
Sands China said in a statement this week it “believes it will be able to support its continuing operations, complete the major construction projects that are underway, and respond to the current COVID-19 pandemic challenges.”
The US$2.2 billion The Londoner Macao in Cotai set to open progressively from 2020 to 2021 was an indication of the company’s level of confidence in its commitment to Macau.
Sands China Ltd.’s (SCL) total net revenues increased 15.3 percent to US$ 1.88 billion in the first quarter of 2017, compared to US$ 1.63 billion in the first quarter of 2016.
