Macao Resident Identity Cards
Lisbon and Macao are currently embroiled in talks over the sharply falling number of Resident Identity Cards issued to Portuguese nationals in the territory.
The SAR government issued 309 Portuguese citizens with Resident Identity Cards in 2013. Ten years later, it has issued fewer than 60.
