Celebrity chefs and top mixologists will also be demonstrating their skills at the annual awards which pays tribute to the best of Asian cuisine.
Odette in Singapore has taken top honours, succeeding four-time winner Gaggan in the No.1 spot. Serving Asian-inspired modern French cuisine, chef Julien Royer’s Odette claims the coveted titles of The Best Restaurant in Asia, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, and The Best Restaurant in Singapore in a ceremony held Tuesday in Macao.
