In another blow to the cultural scene in Macao this year, the hush! Summer Concert has been postponed owing to the current Covid-19 outbreak, while the submission period for the “hush! 300 Seconds” short video competition will be extended accordingly, the Cultural Affairs Bureau has announced.

The concert was originally slated to take place over the weekend of 9-10 July.

The hush! Fair clarification session will also be suspended, while an announcement on the rescheduling of all the activities will be made in due course.

The bureau has closed its cultural facilities and suspended all cultural activities as well as external services in line with the government’s Covid-19 pandemic prevention measures in response to the current outbreak.
